Quotation Notice

Quotations are invited from the reputed transport operators for shifting office equipments, furniture and other materials from Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University Campus of UBKV Pundibari, to   Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University Campus of Bivekananda Road, Krishi Farm, Cooch Behar. Shifting includes (i) Packing of materials (ii) loading (iii) carrying (iv) unloading (v) setting in the particular place of the new campus.
Quotations will have to be submitted per trip basis (in Full Punjab Body truck).

All the equipments and furniture should be transported without any damage. For any damage, the concerned contractor will have to pay compensation at market price.

Last date of Submission is 29/07/2015 till 5 P.M.

Furniture and equipments can be inspected in any working day in office hour.
